What can be the status of the issued credentials?

  • Active → authorized access to the credential

  • Revoke → to officially remove or withdraw access to this credential

  • Suspend → to prevent a user from accessing the credential for a particular length of time or until a decision is made about them. Not sure if this is the meaning of the status.

On the issued credentials, you will be able to take action to activate or suspend the credential selected by clicking on the actions column.

Get information about authenticated users' activity

You can view and manage your verified users from the verifications section. You can filter these credentials by different categories such as verification name, client ID and creation date.

You can decide to reject a user, refusing to accept its access to your platform, by clicking on the Reject button. When doing sign-in, the user won’t be able to access your services.
