Credential activity: view, suspend and revoke issued credentials
Navigate to the Credential activity section under Credentials on your left panel. In this section, you can manually issue credentials, as well as view, suspend, and revoke issued credentials.
How to manage (view, suspend, revoke) issued credentials?
Issued credentials have 3 possible statuses:
Active → credential is issued and valid
Suspended → credential is temporarily suspended for any reason the Issuer may deem appropriate. Suspended credentials may be re-activated or permanently revoked.
Revoked → invalid credential. Revoked credentials will still be stored in the holder’s wallet, but they will not be able to be verified (the verification process will throw an error).
To view and edit the status of a credential, navigate to the Issued tab in the Credential Activity menu. Identify the credential you want to modify and click on its drop-down arrow in the Actions column.
How to manually issue credentials
As an organization, you can make the issuance process automatic through internal integrations.
Alternatively, you may issue a credential by filling up the information manually. This manual issuance is intended to facilitate testing of your issuance templates without the need to execute internal integrations.
To test a credential issuance template or to manually issue a credential, navigate to the Pending tab in the Credential Activity menu. Here you will see the list of credential issuance requests that users have done using one of your Issuance templates.

Verified users’ activity: review and revoke authenticated users
You can view and manage your Verified Users' activity from the Verified Users section on the left menu.
This section includes all verification instances executed by your verified users, including:
Verification Template: the verification template the user used
User DID: the user’s DID
Creation: timestamp of the verification process
User Data: the credential types that were requested in this verification process
Validation: the actual user data shared in the verification process.
Depending on your subscription tier, you’ll have a limit in the number of different verified users allowed to use your templates.
A user represented by one DID may execute unlimited verification processes - it counts as one single active user for your limit count.
You can revoke active users by clicking on the trash bin icon next to the specific user. Revoked users will need to consent to share their personal information again to access your services.
