What can be the status of the issued credentials?

  • Active → authorized access to the credential

  • Revoke → to permanently remove or withdraw access to this credential

  • Suspend → to prevent a user from accessing the credential for a particular length of time or until a decision is made about them. Not sure if this is the meaning of the status.

On the issued credentials, you will be able to take action to activate, suspend or revoke the credential selected by clicking on the actions column.

You can view and manage your Verified Users from the Verifications section. You can filter these credentials by different categories, such as verification name, client ID, and creation date.

You can decide to reject delete a verified user, refusing to accept its access to your platform, by clicking on the Reject buttonbin icon next to the user. When sign-in, the user won't be able to access your services.
